To most effectively use our Speech Recognition and Ergonomic products, we feature full training on everything we supply.

With our courses, we train you in any manner you require.  We can teach one-on-one, or provide training in groups.  We can customize our training to teach how to use Speech Recognition with off the shelf software, and train you on industry specific or custom software.

Custom Training Materials

The hardest thing about using voice recognition, is remembering the exact words you have to say, and what is the exact right order of words, to properly use and command the program and your PC. Plus remembering the steps you need to take, to create your own custom commands.

Over our 15 years, training users on voice recognition software, we have created and refined our Copyrighted Custom Training Materials, that will train you quickly, and efficiently. These materials get you up and running fast. Plus with a quick glance, they remind you on how to fully operate your voice recognition system.

Our "Top Sheet", reference sheet, lists all the exact command words you need to say, to dictate, edit, correct, control and move around within your documents, e-mails, and your applications. All these on the main, easy to use, easy to refer to, reference sheet.

We know, nobody reads software manuals. That's why we condensed all the important information, into a series of quick reference sheets. These sheets remove all the fluff. They are all easy to follow, step by step instruction sheets, the lead you through every function of using the voice recognition program.

On-Site or Remote Training

We provide you with the options of coming to our offices to train, or train at your desk. By training you at your location, we can help you create custom commands, that control the applications you use in your work. These instruction and custom commands, will immediately make you more productive.

We can also train you remotely, by connecting our PC's over the internet, so we will be able to see your screen on our screen. We will both have access to your keyboard and mouse. While connected, we call you on the phone, and lead you through your training. Using this method, allows us to train you at any location, and at any time.

Our students love this remote training, because it takes away the problems of distance, travel time, plus overcomes trying to squeeze more people into crowded work areas.

The beauty of this over the internet training is it is just as good as in person training. When we do on-site training, we are both looking at the screen, and working through the lesson. With remote training, again we are both looking at your screen, and working through the lesson by talking over the phone. Instead of our finger pointing to a spot on the screen, we wiggle our mouse on the section of your screen we want you to look at.
